Eligible for Return & Exchange

  • Damaged items (broken zipper, defective hooks, etc.) received upon delivery
  • Wrong items delivered (incorrect size, color, or quantity)



Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition with no alterations
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and labels still attached
  • Return request must be made within 7 days from delivery date
  • Photo proof of the item must be sent to our Facebook page before processing



Shipping Fees

  • Our mistake (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.) — we cover the return and shipping fees
  • Customer mistake — return and reshipping fees will be shouldered by the customer



Exchange Process

Your replacement item will be shipped once we receive the returned item.




Not Eligible for Return & Exchange

Items under the Sale section with 50% discount or more are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check size, design, and color before checking out.
